We spent 14 days cycling and Daniel checked in with us every day, altered the route as needed, and provided descriptions of what each day would be like and the highlights not to miss.
We took the train back from Lagos with the bikes. Daniel provided train schedules and information on how to travel with the bikes and met us at the station to make sure everything went smoothly. It was like having our own personal travel agent!

For self-guided tours, the prepayment is typically 30–50% of the tour package, depending on the tour level. Once the prepayment is made, your dates, bikes, and planning slot are fully reserved.

Year-Round Riding
Thanks to its mild Mediterranean climate, Portugal’s southern half — including the Alentejo, Algarve, and Costa Vicentina — offers excellent cycling conditions year-round. Even in January, daytime highs reach 15–20°C (59–68°F), with sunshine and minimal rain.
Autumn (mid-Sept to mid-Dec) is especially perfect: dry, calm, and warm. Spring and early summer bring green hills and cool breezes — ideal for long rides.
