What We Are
We are a small, high-skill workshop dedicated to the jobs that truly matter: perfect wheels, reliable brakes and bikes that survive long days on the Atlantic Coast.
Located in Setúbal — a key point on EuroVelo 1 — we support everyone from local gravel riders to long-distance bikepackers & travelers riding across Portugal.
We work by appointment only to keep the quality high and the turnaround fast.

Wheel Building & Repair
We focus on precision wheel work that most workshops don’t offer:
- complete wheel builds (custom and replacement)
- truing, tension balancing & spoke alignment
- spoke replacement
- hub servicing and diagnostics
- tubeless setup & troubleshooting
Hydraulic Brake Service (Shimano & SRAM)
Reliable brakes make or break a long-distance ride.
We provide:
- full brake bleeds (mineral oil / DOT)
- hose cutting & shortening
- rotor truing, pad replacement & alignment
- fixing spongy lever issues
- diagnosing inconsistent bite & lever feel
Performance Tuning & Setup
For gravel, road and mtb bikes:
- precise shifting adjustment
- drivetrain deep cleaning
- cockpit setup (stems, bars, tape, riser bars, flared drops)

Bike Travelers Support Hub
Setúbal is a natural checkpoint for riders cycling the Atlantic Coast Route or EuroVelo 1. Many cyclists pass through every day — and we are here to support them.
